Shared transportation provided at the Standard Mileage Rate  ($0.56 per mile) during Kindled Moments Services

Shared transportation can be provided in the clients personal vehicles during Kindled Moments Services

(Signed Auto Liability Waiver required (signed in person), Year, Make and Model, VIN #, License Plate #, Current Registration and Auto Insurance Card required prior to reservation)

 

Assisted Mobility Devices must be able to fit or collapse to fit securely, and safely in the trunk or cabin of the vehicle. (Other provisions are responsibility of the client.)

 

Child Safety Car Seats & Boosters must NOT be recalled, must be clean, in safe condition, and must be the proper seat restraint  for the Height, Age and Weight of the children accompanying the client during their Kindled Moment service. (Driver & Guardian must inspect child restraint(s) before transporting. Submit child seat manufacture year, make, and model for preapproval to avoid wait time or cancelled rides during Kindled Moment Services.)

 

Strollers must be able to collapse, fit securely, and safely in the trunk or cabin of the vehicle.  (Other provisions are responsibility of the client.)
